studio rates
$30/hour for all recording, mixing, and mastering. Most projects have a $750 cap.
record deals
bicycle records pays for all recording and production costs, gives %20 of all pressings to the artists (usually 200 cds of an initial 1000 cd pressing), and splits all net profits from physical and digital distribution (minus mutual agreed recoupable expenses) 50/50 with the artists. Bicycle Records uses the consensus decision making process with all of it's artists.
distribution deals
bicycle keeps %30 of all net profits from distribution and pays the other %70 to the artists. Stores and other distributors get a %30 discount from retail prices when purchasing goods for resale.
